The First in a Growing List of Posts

Welcome!

Hello Morphies! Welcome to our blawg, dedicated to all things morphing.
Here you will find a growing number of posts offering insider knowledge into the crazy world of Morphies Law.

Winter is leaving…

The end of Winter is closer than we expected and we’re not ready to release Morphies Law yet.

We would like to blame most of this on a portion of our staff (see image), but the other reason is that instead of rushing to get our game out, we want to take the time needed to give you the best possible version of this crazy playground we’re building.

We are working really hard to make sure Morphies Law is great, and really worth your wait – we’re hoping this will be in Spring (ideally this Spring), but if it’s not great by then we might just have to continue working on it until Summer (ideally this Summer).

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your great feedback and support for the game. Thank you Morphie!

On the bright side

We are ready to start sharing what we’ve been working on, and we’ll be sharing the juiciest new info, screenshots and videos regularly in the coming weeks and months. Be sure to follow us on Twitter and Facebook to keep up with the new reveals, You can also subscribe to our Newsletter to receive handy recaps of the information we share.

Some of the things we’ll be talking about are:

Abilities

You’ve probably been wondering what your Morphie can do, right?
Well, you’ll start seeing some of those abilities very soon.
In fact, we already showed a new ability last Saturday!

Did you miss the ability we showed on Saturday? check it out!

Weapons

Abilities are not the only thing we’ll be talking about.
Get ready to find out more about the crazy weapons your Morphie can use to steal mass from their enemies!

Customization

We’ll also tell you quite a bit about the different ways in which you can make your Morphie look special.

Turn your Morphie into a unique piece of art!

And much more!

We’ll also be talking about all the other things that make up the universe of Morphies Law: game modes, maps, mass-based mechanics, etc.
We are very excited to finally start sharing more information with you, hope you are too!

Thank you once more for your support and enthusiasm Morphie, and remember to stay tuned by following us on social media.

  1. Hi, looking forward to seeing the customisation that will be available, and weapons, big big weapons.
    Can’t wait to play.
Any idea if this will be a downloadable only game or if there will be a physical copy available?

  2. Looking forward to it! Been keeping tabs on this for nearly two years now so will be nice to get some more info.

  3. Please do take your time, to get this as tasty as possible. The great multiplayer games can be enjoyed for many years if great to play. 🙂

  4. I’m curious about exactly what modes will be available in the game. Is there, for example, the option to just play against AI bots? What single player campaign, if any, is there? Are there plans for content updates post release? How much will the game cost initially? Will it be cross platform between the Switch and Steam versions?

  5. If you do have some kind of 1 player (against the machine) modes, please make them co-op LAN 4x players too! thanks 😉

  6. Is there any way some people will be able to test it early? I would love to try it, especially since I have been waiting since the announcement. I hope I can get an alpha code, even though I am not a YouTuber.

  7. Will I be able to play against bots when I don’t have access to internet? This feature is absent in splatoon so it would be nice to have a shooter to play with no internet.

  8. I’m happy to see that this team know the importance of quality over punctuality. While Shigeru Miyamoto’s old quote “A delayed game is eventually good, a bad game is bad forever,” isn’t quite as true as it once was a bad game that makes a bad first impression may struggle to recover even with patches.
